The content of this site is general information about Vezra and its approach. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and it may change without notice. Vezra works to keep it accurate, but does not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a commitment to provide any product or service on particular terms. Commercial terms exist only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Illustrative demonstrations
Interactive demonstrations on this site use synthetic data: invented people, businesses, records and amounts. They illustrate how the platform approaches a kind of work. They are not records of any real organization, and they are not offers or statements that a particular capability is available on particular terms.
The scope planner produces a nonbinding description of scope. It is not a quote, an estimate of cost or an offer. Figures, where any are given, come only from a written quote.
Customer agreements
Use of the Vezra platform and services by a customer is governed by that customer’s engagement agreement, not by these terms. Where the two differ, the engagement agreement applies.
Ownership of the site
The text, graphics and the Vezra name and marks on this site belong to Vezra; its typefaces are used under their open-source licenses. You may quote or link to the site with attribution, but you may not present its content or marks as your own or suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vezra is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version is published on this page and applies from then on.
