What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only. Data held in a Vezra environment on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer’s engagement agreement, not by this notice.

What the site does not do

• It does not use advertising scripts or cross-site tracking.
• It sets no cookies of its own, except one language preference, and only if you choose a language (see Language).
• It does not load fonts from a third-party font service. Fonts are served from this website, so your browser does not contact another company to display text.
• It does not ask you to create an account or sign in.

Hosting and request logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare’s network processes the technical details any website receives: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and information your browser sends about itself. Cloudflare may keep request logs for security, abuse prevention and the operation of its service, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie in some circumstances, for example to tell people apart from automated traffic.

Vezra uses request information only to operate and secure the site. Cloudflare’s own handling of this information is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Site analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how it is used and how quickly pages load. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) sends Cloudflare a page view with the page address, the referring page, timing measurements such as how long the page took to load, and general browser, device and country information derived from the request.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors to follow them across sites. Vezra sees these measurements only as totals, such as visits per page, and does not use them to identify anyone. Blocking the script, for example with a content blocker, does not affect how the site works.

Language

The site is available in English and Spanish. To decide which to show when you arrive, it uses the language your browser asks for. That preference is not stored: it is used only to choose the language of the page.

If you choose a language with the language switch, the site remembers your choice in a cookie named vezra_lang. It holds only “en” or “es”, is sent only to this website, and lasts one year. You can delete it in your browser at any time, and using the switch again changes it.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, the site receives your name, work email address, organization if you give one, the topic you choose, and your message. It uses them only to read and answer your inquiry.

Your message is delivered to Vezra by email through an email delivery provider. The website does not store submissions in a database, and it does not record the content of messages in its logs. Messages are kept in Vezra’s email, and the email delivery provider may keep a copy under its own terms. You can ask Vezra to delete a message you sent.

The form contains a hidden field that people never see. It is used only to recognize automated submissions.

The scope planner

The scope planner runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select leaves your browser unless you follow the link that adds the summary to a contact message. The summary then travels in that page’s address to the site host, and reaches Vezra only if you send the message.

Mira, the AI guide

Mira (“Ask Mira”) is an AI guide that answers questions using only the content of this website. When you ask a question, your question and the recent messages in the conversation are sent to the site’s server and to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs the open-source AI model that writes the answer. The site does not store or log your questions or the answers. The conversation is kept in your browser tab only, until you close the tab or start a new chat.

To prevent abuse, the number of questions per minute is limited using your IP address, which Cloudflare processes for that purpose. Please do not enter personal, financial or other sensitive information. Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong: the pages of this site and any written agreement are what count.

Who receives information

Vezra does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers that host this site, measure its use (Cloudflare Web Analytics), run Mira, the site's AI guide (Cloudflare Workers AI) and deliver its email, so that they can provide those services, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information Vezra holds about you from messages you have sent, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also choose not to use the contact form at all; every page of the site works without it. Every page also works if your browser blocks the analytics script, and none of it requires Mira.
